CUFP Call for Crew

CUFP is looking for crew members for our first ever television series!!! SOPHOMORIC (working title) follows a group of college students as they realize college is not quite the answer to all their problems and explore alternate states of mind.

We are looking for enthusiastic students to work as Assistant Directors, Directors of Photography, Script Supervisors, Sound Recordists, and Production Assistants on five episodes shooting January-April in the Spring 2010 semester. YOU CAN WORK ON JUST ONE EPISODE! This is a great way to learn how a film shoot works, meet fellow students passionate about making television and film, and just to have a great time! All crew members will receive FREE MEALS while on the shoot.

To Apply or for more information (including the SCRIPTS): Please send your name, contact info, any relevant experience, and a brief(!) statement of interest to executive producer/writer Clea Litewka at cl2495@columbia.edu

**CUFP is a teaching club! If you have no prior experience, but are enthusiastic about filmmaking, you are WELCOME to apply!
**You are also welcome to work on more than one episode! As a general rule, however, we would prefer you not work on more than one episode in a row–we don’t want you to overwork yourself!
**You can apply for different positions on different episodes. If you feel like you would like more responsibility one weekend, but less another, you can apply to be an Assistant Director for one episode and a Production Assistant for another.

Please apply as soon as you can! Applications will be processed on a rolling basis. Scripts can be sent ASAP, if you want to know more about the project.
